#1. What's a nickname only your family calls you?
'Girl'. I'm pretty much the only person my parents and closest relatives call with that name since I'm the only child. Despite the fact that I've already turned 22 years old, they still call me that. Makes me feel younger I guess!
I used to twirl my hair a lot since young. But now that I have shorter hair in the past few years, I don't do that as much anymore. Other weird habits... none that I can think of at the top of my head though. I think the weirdest habit which I've always had that I hate and really want to stop is peeling my toe nails. I do it subconsciously when I'm not in public, I don't realize it until after my toe nails are uneven. Thanks to that, I wish I had a permanent pedicurist by my side to help me clean up my awkward-looking toes everyday!
#3. Do you have any weird phobias?
Occasionally, I'm afraid of having insects crawling on me in my sleep. I hate it whenever there's a cockroach running around in my room and I'm too afraid to smash it.
#4. What's a song you secretly LOVE to blast & belt out when you're alone?
Lee Hom's ‘你和我', translated as 'You and I'. One of my all-time favourites by my all-time favourite. Whether I'm home alone blasting to this song or at the karaoke, I can stay still and listen to this song quietly. The best part of this song is the sound of the violin in the background. I love strings!
Other songs I love blasting to lately are mostly K-pop. Oooo... Big surprise. LOL
#5. What's one of your biggest pet peeves?
People speaking to me in Malay when they first meet me, I can't stand it! My closest friends who've been shopping with me would know that I either walk out right away or totally ignore a salesperson whenever he/she speaks to me assuming I'm a Malay. We're in Malaysia, a multiracial country. Hellooo? Don't judge a book by its cover, don't judge a girl by her colour!
And I also can't stand it when a salesperson follow you around like a tail and read the names of every single product you look at or touch. I know they're probably required to do so most of the time, but no one is going to report them to their managers or supervisors about not having someone tailing them around the store. Most of the time, I just tell them straight that I'd like to look around on my own. But if they insist on sticking to me, then I'll just walk out. Total shopping turn-off!
#6. What's one of your nervous habits?
Biting my nails and tapping my fingers on any flat surface I can find. It's a very bad and annoying habit for most people, but I can't help it!
#7. What side of the bed do you sleep on?
There's only so much I can do with a single-sized bed. LOL
#8. What was your first stuffed animal & it's name?I was never the type of girl who named their belongings, in this case, toys. Or maybe I just can't remember if I ever did when I was younger. Can I just talk about REAL animals? My first pets were two male hamsters, my Dad named them Tom and Jerry. Go figure. LOL
#9. What's the drink you ALWAYS order at starbucks (or any other coffee house)?
Mocha or anything with peppermint. Starbucks Malaysia stopped their Peppermint Mocha special holiday beverage this year. WHY??? Well, at least I had my craving satisfied at the Singapore Changi Airport. Chocolate + Mint = LOVE.
#10. What's the beauty rule you preach.. but never ACTUALLY practice?
Drink lots of water (at least eight glasses a day) and sleep early (at least eight hours every night). Well, eight's a good number, at least! Let's make this my 2012 resolution then. Gambateh Jessica~!
#11. Which way do you face in the shower?
Front and back. Depends on the days. My family's bathroom is pretty spacious.
#12. Do you have any 'weird' body 'skills'?
Ummmm... Hmmmm... Sadly, NO. I'm a very non-flexible person. I've tried discovering strange skills that I've seen others do with their bodies myself, but failed every time. Let's just focus on the regular and more important skills, shall we? =D
#13. What's your favorite 'comfort food'/food thats 'bad' but you love to eat it anyways?Large fries from Carls' Jr. OMG I can just smell and taste them right now! It's something I'll never get sick of eating every day. And a Nando's meal too! Hot, Extra Hot Peri-Peri. Would someone please buy me a whole bag of the bottles of Nando's sauces as a belated Christmas gift?

My torn but comfy PJs and an extra pair of shorts. I need new ones!
